Glenafton’s stand-in goalkeeper Ryan Dunsmuir was badly injured during the Glens U19 match away to Bellsfield at the week-end. The game was abandoned on 55 minutes and a ambulance called to the ground.
The latest news we have is that Ryan will spend 5 days in hospital until they operate and assess the damage to his ligaments. It is expected he will be out for up to 6 months.
Everyone at Glenafton Athletic send their best wishes to the big man and hope for a speedy recovery.
