• 60 tonnes of washed dune sand applied by SSM and supplied by Hugh King & Co. from their Hullerhill sand quarry at Kilwinning. The company supplies all of Scottish Open venues with sand and made the news this summer when Muirfield switched from their own local supply to Hugh King & Co for their bunker sand.
