Central defender Cameron McKinnell had recently indicated his desire to leave the club to play for his local side Troon.  The manager and club tried to persuade Cammy to stay to no avail and reluctantly agreed to his request. Cammy made 8 appearances for the Glens since his summer signing from Dalry and scored a crucial winning goal as 9 men Glens defeated Renfrew 3-2  at Western Park.
