Super League 1st Division Champions 2011/12

CHAMPIONEEEES

Glenafton Athletic clinched the Super League 1st Division championship this evening without kicking a ball. Second placed Shotts Bon Accord needed to beat Rutherglen Glencairn at the Clyde Gateway Stadium to pip the New Cumnock side to the title but the game ended in a goal-less draw and the Afton boys were champions on goal-difference, after both sides finished on 52 points.
