Glenafton received a bye in the 1st round draw of the Emirates Scottish Junior Cup at Hampden Park. The names of only five Super League 1st Division sides were drawn out the hat – Ardrossan, East Kilbride, Hurlford, Rutherglen and Whitletts. The ties are to be played on Saturday 1st October and with nine 1st Division sides not involved there should be four league fixtures that week-end.
