Glenafton made three changes to the eleven that started against Arthurlie on Saturday. Kelvin Daniel, Evan Maley and Chris Erskine, all picking up injuries, made way for Ross Lindsay, Callum Wilson and Cammy Ross.

In the St. Cadoc’s line-up was former Glenafton defender Richie McKillen.

There was little between the two sides in the first half. Glens enjoyed the better of the play in the second half and were ultimately rewarded on the 89th minute. Chris Erskine gathered the ball on the left and quickly squared the ball inside to Michael Mullen in the ‘D’, who then weaved past a couple of defenders before stroking the ball  beyond the reach of the advancing keeper into the right hand corner of the net.

Three points and a clean sheet.
